PCB CAPABILITY DIRECTORY

Metal-core PCB manufacturers

Compare technical requirements and build a manufacturer shortlist.

BUYER DECISION BRIEF

Compare the metal base and dielectric together

For metal-core boards, the metal substrate alone does not define the construction. Give the fabricator the electrical isolation and thermal requirements alongside the circuit artwork.

THREE QUESTIONS FOR THE SHORTLIST
  1. Which base metal, dielectric system and circuit-layer construction are proposed?
  2. What dielectric thickness, isolation requirement and thermal test conditions matter for the application?
  3. Can the quotation identify the laminate grade and any required material documentation?

PUBLISHED CONSTRUCTION EXAMPLES

Different metal-base records answer different questions.

These are three distinct manufacturer-published records in this directory. A catalogue example and a process-range table are different kinds of evidence. Open each dossier for the original source and confirm the complete construction before comparing quotes.

  • Topstar Circuit — Its published example is a double-sided aluminum-base board. Ask for the dielectric specification and the electrical isolation test for your drawing.
  • Lianchuang Circuits — Its catalogue example is a double-sided copper-base board with a stated 2.0 mm thickness. The example’s hole size is not identified as a finished plated-hole limit.
  • Chengzhiyi Circuits — Its source describes a metal-base process range, including substrate thickness and copper foil. Those separate limits do not establish one combined manufacturable build.
