Information we collect
Account and form information is used to manage applications, sourcing requests and factory conversations. We record the source IP address, browser user agent and language for security and audit purposes. If available, the browser timezone is recorded. An unknown region stays unknown.
Who can access it
Private CRM source records are available only to administrators. Factory accounts can access only conversations assigned to their approved company. Your RFQ brief is shared with the factories you select.
Cookies and external services
This application uses an essential session cookie for sign-in, form protection and your shortlist. When configured on the live site, Google Analytics and 51LA load only after you allow analytics. These services measure visits and device/browser information; 51LA session recording and automatic event tracking are disabled. You may change your choice using Cookie preferences. Private account and inquiry pages are excluded from the analytics integration. Source references are retained within the platform.
AI referrals and crawler requests
After analytics consent, first-party referral measurement records a recognized AI source name, public landing page, random session reference and timestamp. A successful inquiry within 30 minutes may be attributed to that landing page. We do not store the originating chat URL or its contents. Referral records are retained for up to 90 days. Declining analytics stops new referral attribution. Automated crawler requests are logged separately for operational analysis; a claimed user agent is not proof of identity.
Marketing and inquiries
Factory invitations have an unsubscribe link. Choosing email as a contact preference does not establish that an email was delivered or read. Email status is recorded separately.
