![]() Guangde Dongfeng ElectronicsAnhui, ChinaView factory profile Rigid PCBConventional PCB — 1 to 16 layersProfile: Conventional PCB — 1 to 16 layers | 1–16 layers2.95 / 2.95 mil—— Manufacturer-published limits General conventional-PCB disclosures. Material-specific restrictions and the combination of panel size and fine routing require confirmation.
![]() MutualtekJiangsu, ChinaView factory profile Rigid PCBRigid PCB — 2 to 18 layersProfile: Rigid PCB — 2 to 18 layers | 2–18 layers1.97 / 1.97 mil—— Manufacturer-published limits Rigid-PCB capability table. The separate rigid-flex, substrate and forward-looking process tables are not combined with it.
![]() Intflex / Zecheng ElectronicsGuangdong, ChinaView factory profile Flexible PCBFlexible PCB — up to 8 layersProfile: Flexible PCB — up to 8 layers | 1–8 layers1.38 / 1.38 mil—— Manufacturer-published limits Flexible-circuit section only. The 35 µm hole is not presented as a finished mechanical-hole limit; copper and routing extremes require stack-up review.
![]() Lifeng Circuit BoardGuangdong, ChinaView factory profile Rigid PCBFR-4 through-hole PCB — 1 to 20 layersProfile: FR-4 through-hole PCB — 1 to 20 layers | 1–20 layers3.94 / 3.94 mil0.2 mm hole— Manufacturer-published limits FR-4 through-hole range. The source recommends routing above 6 mil for easier manufacture; smaller stated minima require engineering review.
![]() Chianyou ElectronicsGuangdong, ChinaView factory profile Rigid PCB1–8-layer PCB — published process sheetProfile: 1–8-layer PCB — published process sheet | 1–8 layers5.91 / 5.91 mil—— Manufacturer-published limits The technical sheet states 1–8 layers although the company overview advertises up to 20. Only the documented sheet range is used here.
![]() World Easy PCBGuangdong, ChinaView factory profile Rigid PCBMultilayer PCB — up to 18 layersProfile: Multilayer PCB — up to 18 layers | 2–18 layers2.99 / 2.99 mil—— Manufacturer-published limits Company overview capability. The 0.10 mm hole disclosure is not used as a finished mechanical-hole limit.
![]() Yuejie CircuitGuangdong, ChinaView factory profile Rigid PCBRigid PCB — standard process tableProfile: Rigid PCB — standard process table | Up to 64 layers2.76 / 2.76 mil—— Manufacturer-published limits Detailed standard column, not the sample-limit column or smaller homepage marketing values. Rigid, flex and rigid-flex limits remain separate.
![]() Anpulian ElectronicsGuangdong, ChinaView factory profile Rigid PCBDouble-sided and multilayer PCB manufacturingProfile: Double-sided and multilayer PCB manufacturing | —2.95 / 2.95 mil—— Manufacturer-published limits Published routing capability. The disclosed 0.15 mm via size requires clarification before use as a finished-hole specification.
![]() Deshengbang CircuitGuangdong, ChinaView factory profile Rigid PCBMultilayer PCB — volume-production rangeProfile: Multilayer PCB — volume-production range | 1–20 layers3 / 3 mil0.15 mm hole— Manufacturer-published limits Volume-production column only. Prototype 50-layer, 10 mm and 12 oz limits are not part of this range.
![]() Jinshiyu ElectronicsFujian, ChinaView factory profile Rigid PCBMultilayer PCB — standard capabilityProfile: Multilayer PCB — standard capability | Up to 24 layers2.76 / 2.76 mil—— Manufacturer-published limits Standard column only; 30-layer limit capability is separate. Inner-layer routing at 17 µm copper is not substituted for outer-layer routing. |
How should I read the evidence?
UL ownership, equipment and material traceability are reviewed separately. Open each record for its source, scope and review date. Reviewed documents do not guarantee a particular board design or production outcome.
Do matching limits guarantee my board is manufacturable?
No. Layer, trace, drill and impedance values must match within one capability profile, but the combination still requires a factory DFM review. A dash means the value was not published and does not satisfy a numeric filter.
