The ZY-PTH-002 detail explicitly describes copper plating connecting the two board faces, OSP surface treatment and carbon-ink key contacts. The original catalogue image is retained in full; its appearance does not disclose plating thickness, contact resistance or an approved application.

Release the hole and finish zones separately.

Specify drilled and finished diameters, annular-ring and plating acceptance, then identify the solderable OSP areas and the carbon contact artwork. Ask for the carbon overprint registration, deposit definition and inspection method. A plated hole is not a substitute for a contact-resistance test, and the carbon pattern does not establish the electrical rating of the hole.

The source presents carbon contacts as an alternative to gold contacts, but supplies no comparative lifetime or resistance dataset. The issuer’s 2025 annual report identifies Zhejiang Zhen You Electronics Co., Ltd., stock code 839559 and registration code 9133018571953330XB. It lists 777 Fengting Road as the registered/office address. The current sales-contact page also uses Fengting Road, while the website footer retains 1128 Jinxi South Road. Ask which address produces your board and appears on the purchase order and inspection record; the two addresses should not be silently treated as one plant.

A relevant standards contribution.

The national standards platform lists Zhejiang Zhenyou among the drafting organizations for GB/T 45714.54-2025, the conductive-pastes part of the PCB-materials series, effective 1 December 2025.
