The size row includes 3.2 mm, while the separate board-thickness row says 0.45 mm. The page does not explain this difference. Ask for the revision-controlled stack and finished thickness with tolerance; neither value is silently corrected here.

For the actual controller, mark high-current nets, thermal interfaces, creepage/clearance requirements and copper acceptance on the fabrication drawing. The two-ounce value is explicitly labelled finished outer copper. It does not establish inner copper, permissible current, trace/space, via structure or impedance control.

The detail has no separate finished-thickness row. Confirm what the third size dimension represents, and whether the stated size refers to the delivered circuit or its manufacturing panel. It is not used as a universal bare-flex thickness.

Provide the installed shape, contact zones, coverlay openings, stiffeners and bending conditions. Agree the laminate construction, copper and finish rather than substituting an assumed polyimide grade for the website’s substrate wording. Define whether bending occurs once during installation or repeatedly in service.

Ask for the assembly drawing, connector pinout, installed orientation and mechanical references across the long interface.

Agree BOM ownership, approved substitutions, component traceability, joining sequence and supported reflow exposure. Define the fixture, netlist and functional-test coverage, plus which party releases the tested assembly. The application label alone does not specify battery-sensing performance or safety qualification.

Fabrication responsibility

Match the quotation, manufacturing site and invoicing entity. Xiehe’s current introduction names Changzhou and related entities, including the Xiangyang operation. The 2025 report discusses a Donghe automotive assembly project; this does not assign every pictured product to that site. Have the factory identify the actual fabrication and assembly route.

Inspection and test

The 2025 annual report describes automated visual inspection with order-specific manual reinspection. It does not provide a current model-and-count inventory for laser drills, LDI or flying probes. Request the equipment and release records relevant to this board, including the agreed electrical-test coverage, dimensional sampling and any construction-specific reliability tests.

Delivery boundary

The website’s service FAQ gives a general 5–25-day range after advance payment, dependent on items and quantity. Treat that as general wording.
