The name on the purchase order matters.
The website traces New Triunion's origins to 1985 and identifies Guangde as the production base added in 2011. Its contact page lists both Guangde New Triunion and Hangzhou New Triunion. Some product-detail sidebars display unrelated contact details and waste-treatment keywords. The company contact page and product-list contact block consistently identify Guangde; those are the contact sources used here. Use the Guangde entry when asking about the Anhui manufacturing site, and confirm the invoicing entity separately rather than treating both names as interchangeable.
Guangde's Ecology and Environment authority includes 广德新三联电子有限公司 in its first-quarter 2025 pollutant-discharge licensing list, under electronic circuit manufacturing. The published entry gives a permit term from 6 January 2025 to 5 January 2030. This provides separate context for the company and its industrial activity; it is not a certification of PCB reliability or the scope of any export approval.
Do not make every board a multilayer RFQ.
The site describes these as product families, without a current numerical process table on the reviewed capability page. Buyers can still make a useful first selection by specifying the construction and the end-product conditions.
A process name is not a reliability equivalence
Silver-through-hole and plated-copper through-hole should be identified explicitly in the quotation. Before approving a change in interconnect method, agree the required soldering exposure, operating environment and evidence of suitability for your design. This is a buyer review step, not a claim that either route is unsuitable.
Start with the board's job.
These four examples appear in New Triunion's automotive catalogue, dated 15 April 2022 and still available at this review. They represent different construction questions. The source gives four layers for the centre-control board; it does not give comparable line, hole or thickness values for the other examples.

Copper-base and FR-4 in one construction
The product entry identifies copper-base and FR-4 lamination for a new-energy vehicle power board. It does not identify a laminate grade or provide a thermal-resistance value.
Send with the RFQ: a cross-section defining the copper-base, insulation and FR-4 regions, the heat load and the required isolation test. Ask how the joint between materials is qualified.

Specify the bend, not just “flexible”
The catalogue places this board in automotive interior lighting and describes resistance to bending. It does not state the substrate, minimum bend radius or number of cycles. This is not enough to classify it as a rigid-flex build.
Send with the RFQ: the installed shape, bend radius, assembly sequence and whether bending occurs once at installation or repeatedly in service. Ask for the applicable material and bend-test conditions.

A multilayer starting point for automotive electronics
The centre-control product description gives a four-layer board for automotive electronics. It supplies no stack-up, copper thickness, controlled-impedance tolerance or finish, so four layers is the only numerical construction value used here.
Send with the RFQ: the proposed four-layer stack-up, copper by layer, hole table and finish. State which circuits require controlled impedance and what inspection records the customer needs.

Make the through-hole method part of the quotation
The named product uses silver-through-hole interconnection for an automotive instrument panel. The page's price, efficiency and environmental claims are not quantified, and the picture alone cannot establish electrical or thermal performance.
Send with the RFQ: a drawing naming the interconnect method, assembly-temperature exposure and required electrical/environmental qualification. Ask for a cross-section and test results for the proposed construction.
Original silver-through-hole entry ↗Translate an application label into acceptance documents.
The official market list includes automotive, air conditioning, industrial, computer, communications, CNC-machine and smart-home applications. Those labels help direct the discussion; they do not define the laminate, qualification standard or approved production process for your board.
For an appliance controller, explain mains-voltage areas, clearances and expected thermal exposure. For an automotive board, name the customer's required qualification and change-control documents. For a multilayer communication design, send the stack-up and impedance requirements. Each asks a different engineering question even though the supplier appears in one company directory.
The company introduction mentions management-system and safety certifications. This profile does not turn those mentions into certification badges: obtain the current document, holder, site and product scope that your purchase actually requires.
Ask for a construction-specific response.
- Identify the interconnectIs your drawing intended for single-sided, plated double-sided, multilayer or a silver-based connection? Ask the manufacturer to name the proposed process in its quote.
- Identify the manufacturing and contracting entitiesAsk which Guangde operations apply to the order and which legal entity will invoice, approve changes and respond to a quality issue.
- Agree the qualification packageProvide the end use, assembly temperatures, electrical acceptance, lot traceability and required approval documents. Request a current capability sheet for the selected family.
Sources behind this profile
Sources checked on 8 October 2026. The government record concerns the named entity and environmental licensing; the PCB portfolio comes from the manufacturer. The process page did not supply numerical limits, so none have been filled in.
