The “112G” catalogue name is not an insertion-loss test report. Specify the electrical channel requirements, laminate by layer, backdrill plan and acceptance method for your switch.

This thinner construction shares a line-width value with the UBB but has different spacing, outline and material. Ask for the appropriate current laminate datasheet and complete construction review.
A small clearance is not a small finished hole.
The UBB entry says “Min PTH Size”; the switch and G7 entries say “Hole-to-line”. The latter is a geometric clearance, not an aperture. None of these values is copied into the directory's finished-hole capability filter. A fabrication drawing should distinguish the drilled tool, plated finished aperture, annular-ring requirement and clearance to neighbouring conductors.
The routing pairs also belong to their individual constructions: the UBB's 0.089/0.089 mm is not substituted for the switch's 0.102/0.104 mm. Similarly, the three laminate descriptions do not establish an interchangeable material stack. Require a written substitution rule and the agreed electrical acceptance if a quotation proposes a different grade.
Ask the quote to reconcile the complete construction.
- Identify the reference and the differencesName UBB, switching or server construction, then list where your layer count, outline, thickness, copper and routing differ from the catalogue example.
- Supply electrical and hole acceptanceAttach stack-up, material grades by layer, finished-hole table, impedance nets and any loss/stub limits. Specify test frequency, coupon and reports rather than just a server-generation label.
- Confirm the production responsibilityRequest the manufacturing site, qualification lot, external steps and change-control owner. Agree the traceability and inspection package for repeat orders.
