Start with the delivery boundary: a circuit, an interconnect or an assembled controller.

Origintek is the website brand of Jiangsu Yuantai Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (江苏源泰电子科技有限公司). Its manufacturing address is No. 518 Weijiu Road, Sanshui Street, Jiangyan District, Taizhou, Jiangsu. The company presents rigid printed circuit boards and flexible circuits, alongside a catalogue of rigid-flex, display-related circuits, MiniLED boards and control PCBA.

That mix matters to a buyer. A bare-board order, a circuit that has to bend and a populated control assembly require different drawings, acceptance criteria and responsibility for purchased components. This profile groups the manufacturer's individual catalogue photographs by that purchasing decision. It separates the four-layer board's stated layer count from products whose titles do not supply a stack.

The public catalogue is a useful starting point for those conversations. Its detail pages provide named examples and original photographs but leave their “Product presentation” text empty. A quotation therefore needs an order-specific engineering response; photographs are not used here to infer laminate grades, hole sizes, conductor limits or approved customers.

FITTING THE CIRCUIT INTO THE PRODUCT

Rigid-flex and display interconnects need mechanical requirements alongside artwork.

Manufacturer catalogue · “Rigid-flex board” (软硬结合板), product 401.

Rigid-flex board

The manufacturer explicitly names this construction rigid-flex. Before requesting a production quotation, identify the rigid areas, flexible sections, transition boundaries and any assembly operations. Send the installed shape as well as the flat fabrication drawing so the supplier can review how the circuit will fit its enclosure.

A one-time installation bend and a repeatedly moving hinge are different requirements. Tell the supplier which applies, the required motion and service conditions; ask for the proposed flexible stack, bend guidance, coverlay openings and transition treatment for that design. This catalogue entry does not publish a bend radius or cycle rating.

Connector pad geometry, local reinforcement and the reference used for dimensional inspection should be agreed with the mating part. Include tolerances for holes and slots that locate the circuit. A photograph of a finished construction cannot resolve those interfaces.

Original Origintek ultra-fine-line LCM module catalogue image
Product 397 · 超细线路LCM模组, “Ultra-fine-line LCM module”.

LCM-related fine-line work

The LCM title signals a display-interface application, but it supplies no numeric definition of “ultra-fine”. Obtain the actual conductor width and spacing, pad pitch, registration tolerance and bonding interface for the proposed construction. Do not transfer a general PCB limit into a display connection without that review.

State whether the order is for the circuit alone or a module with bonding or other assembly included. Identify which party supplies the mating display or connector, the bonding materials and the functional test fixture. For procurement, the most useful response is a drawing review that closes these interfaces, rather than a photograph that resembles the intended part.

BARE BOARDS / CATALOGUE CONSTRUCTIONS

A four-layer title is a layer count, not a complete process envelope.

Product 394 · “4L-PCB board”. The complete panel image is retained.

Four-layer PCB

The source identifies four layers. It does not state the laminate, copper thickness, total thickness, finish, finished-hole diameter or impedance tolerance. Those fields stay unset in the directory filters. Send the released four-layer stack and specify which layers contain planes and signals; ask for any proposed material substitution before approving the construction.

Panelization is a separate production and assembly interface. Release the finished outline, route or score details, tooling and handling requirements, and any test or assembly coupons. The panel photograph illustrates the named catalogue example; its scale, panel utilization and tooling dimensions are not measurable specifications.

Original Origintek catalogue image labelled multilayer board
Product 400 · 多层板, “Multilayer board”.

Multilayer catalogue example

The title does not specify the number of layers or define the rigid and flexible regions. Ask for the actual stack and construction drawing. Treat this as a separate example from product 394, rather than assigning it the four-layer value or importing a maximum layer count from another company.

For a multilayer quotation, agree dielectric and copper by layer, registration, interconnect structure and the test documentation needed for the released design. If the structure includes flexible sections, add their mechanical service conditions to that brief.

Original Origintek single-sided board catalogue photograph
Product 398 · 单面板, “Single-sided board”.

Single-sided catalogue example

Single-sided describes the catalogue's conductor-side arrangement. It does not establish the substrate or its mechanical rating. Specify the required material, finished copper, protective layers, connector features and flatness or flexibility requirements instead of choosing them from the image.

When comparing this entry with a multilayer alternative, compare the complete delivered construction and the interfaces it must satisfy. A lower layer count alone does not answer whether an enclosure, connector or assembly operation can accept the circuit.

Full original Origintek MiniLED catalogue panel
Product 396 · “Miniled”.

MiniLED: agree the board and assembly boundary

The MiniLED entry is an application example, not a released LED pitch or thermal specification. Ask for the board stack, dimensional stability and pad/finish requirements needed by the actual component and assembly process. Identify any thermal, colour or optical requirements that belong to the finished system.

Confirm whether the quotation covers a bare circuit, LED population or a tested light/display module. For an assembly, agree the component source, placement and rework criteria, inspection coverage and test fixture. Do not assume that the separate control-PCBA example establishes the same service for every MiniLED design.

FROM FABRICATION TO A DELIVERABLE ASSEMBLY

Control PCBA needs a BOM and a test agreement.

Original Origintek control PCBA product photograph
Product 399 · 电控PCBA, “Control PCBA”.

Control-board assembly

Origintek publishes a populated control-PCBA example. To obtain a comparable quote, separate PCB fabrication, component purchasing, assembly, programming and functional verification. Provide the BOM with approved substitutions, drawings and a clear definition of the expected deliverable.

Agree component traceability and shortage handling before purchasing begins. Identify who owns firmware programming and fixture development, how test results are retained, and what constitutes acceptance of a production unit. The public page does not name an SMT line configuration, placement limit or functional-test coverage.

Visible markings in a product image do not establish a current customer authorization or a transferable design. Submit your own released design and define access to production files through the intended business agreement.

MANUFACTURER'S EQUIPMENT CATALOGUE

Use the equipment list to ask for the right acceptance evidence.

The production catalogue names a Hitachi drilling machine, a black-hole line, BEAC exposure, a Tokyo Chemical DES line, Machvision AOI, a flying-probe tester, a vacuum press, an automatic stiffener-placement machine and coverlay LPF equipment. Its second page adds film lamination, a four-wire tester, an etching line, an exposure machine and a Korean VCP plating line. These are the manufacturer's published equipment labels; model numbers, machine counts and current availability are not stated.

Electrical and conductor inspection

AOI and flying-probe or open/short testing address different stages. Request the agreed netlist test, coverage and traceable results for the finished circuit, as well as how visual defects are dispositioned. The inspection catalogue separately names an Agilent impedance tester; ask for the proposed coupon and target/tolerance for your stack.

Flexible-circuit mechanics

Bend testing and peel-strength testing appear in the inspection catalogue. For moving or reinforced circuits, release a test method, sample construction and acceptance criterion. The presence of an instrument does not supply a cycle rating, minimum bend radius or adhesion requirement for a particular product.

Materials and environmental exposure

The catalogue lists thermal shock, salt spray, temperature/humidity testing, metallographic inspection, coating-thickness measurement, a Hexagon three-dimensional measurement machine and a Tianrui instrument labelled “ROSH”. Agree the relevant methods, samples and reports. Those listings are not a product-specific compliance report.

For a rigid-flex or display-interface order, an engineering review can connect these operations to the actual build: exposure and etching to pad registration, coverlay and reinforcement to mechanical fit, and inspection to a recorded acceptance plan. Request that connection explicitly instead of equating an equipment inventory with a guaranteed combined process limit.

PROJECT RECORD / OPERATING STAGE

Jiangyan's project scale and its first operating stage are separate facts.

The company page says the project entered Jiangyan Economic Development Zone in January 2020. Taizhou's Development and Reform Commission independently included the Yuantai circuit-board project in its 6 January 2024 project-tour report. That report describes a planned RMB 1 billion investment, roughly 140 mu of land, about 150,000 m² of buildings and a 1.8 million m² annual board capacity after reaching planned output. It supports project identity and intended scale; it is not a statement of today's delivered volume or spare capacity.

A separately available eight-page environmental-acceptance opinion is dated 22 March 2024. It records first-stage production beginning in January 2024 and describes P1 production buildings and supporting facilities. Its acceptance scope is one production line within the approved phase-I plan. The conclusion concerns that stage's environmental facilities and monitoring; it does not establish product quality, current lead time or full completion of the larger project.

For an order, ask which operating line will build it, what current capacity is allocated to the construction and which operations are performed at the supplying site. Tie the quotation, manufacturing records and shipment paperwork to 江苏源泰电子科技有限公司 and the intended address. The official contact page gives gm@origintek.cn and 0523-84628388; these were read as published contacts, without sending an email or testing mailbox control.

READ THE SCOPE AS WELL AS THE LOGO

The posted system documents specifically cover flexible-board manufacturing.

The manufacturer's certificate originals use the English legal name Jiangsu Yuantai Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. and the Weijiu Road site. The environmental-system copy also shows entity identifier 91321200MA20QQKP5G. Their flexible-circuit scope is relevant to a flex sourcing review; it should not silently be expanded to every rigid board, assembly or customer qualification.

Quality Austria copies
