Who would make the board?

The company's site identifies 明正宏电子（益阳）股份有限公司 and describes double-sided, multilayer, HDI and related PCB production in Hunan. Its company page also distinguishes Hunan production phases from Shenzhen and Jiangmen processing operations. That distinction matters when the quotation needs a named manufacturing site and a defined process owner.

The Yiyang Ecology and Environment Bureau's August 2026 project notice ↗ separately names this legal entity as the developer of a proposed high-performance PCB manufacturing-base project in Ziyang District. It corroborates the entity and project location; it does not verify product quality, current output or that the proposed project is operating.

Where another limit changes the conversation

Fine routingThe table puts 3/3 mil line/space in its volume column and 2.5/2.5 mil in its limit column. Ask for the actual copper weight and layer position before assuming a fine trace is a standard build.
HDI structureIt lists 2+N+2 for volume and 3+N+3 at the limit. Supply a via-stack drawing and ask whether the intended stack-up, layer count and order volume are reviewed together.
Controlled impedanceThe table varies tolerance by impedance range and column; for example, its >100 Ω row shows ±10% volume versus ±5% limit. Quote the target nets, reference stack-up and coupon or test plan, not “±5%” on its own.

Two values need a definition before you send Gerbers

The same table has a separate “minimum hole diameter” row, but does not say clearly whether that is a drill or finished-hole size. It also lists line/space, impedance and HDI values under different columns. Ask the engineer to sign off on the entire layer stack, hole definition and impedance condition on one manufacturability review.

03 / SEND A USEFUL RFQ

Ask for a production-capable stack-up.

For a board near any published limit, send the files as a single build case and ask the manufacturer to return a marked-up DFM response. These questions are editorial sourcing guidance based on the table, not claims of an existing test report.

  1. Which column governs this order?State annual volume, lot size, layer count, dimensions and preferred factory site. Ask whether the complete stack-up fits regular production or needs a limit-process review.
  2. Which hole dimension is being quoted?Separate drill size from finished plated hole, and give hole tolerance, via structure and any backdrilling requirement.
  3. How will performance be accepted?Specify laminate grade, finished copper, impedance target, coupon/test method and whether process substitutions require approval.
