Special-material quotation
The service text names Shengyi special materials, Rogers, Taconic, PTFE and high-end metal-base routes. It does not identify a grade for any of the four samples. Ask for the selected laminate part number, dielectric thickness, copper, stack and batch documentation.
The old stock instruction refers to green entries under a “high-frequency materials” menu, which was not present in the current navigation reviewed. Confirm present inventory directly; do not treat that legacy instruction as a live stock list.
- For controlled impedance
- Specify target, tolerance, stack assumptions, coupon design and the required measurement record.
- For RF construction
- Identify the laminate grade and frequency-dependent design assumptions; agree whether the quoted stack includes a mixed-laminate build.
- For metal-base work
- Define the dielectric and thermal path, isolation requirement and finished outline. No thermal-conductivity value is published for these examples.
Inspection agreement
Gongming states IPC Class III inspection, inner/outer AOI, four-wire low-resistance testing, automatic X-ray registration, interlayer riveting and flying-probe testing. These are manufacturer process statements, not the inspection record for a buyer’s order.
- Four-wire statement
- 0.001 mΩ is described as minimum resolution. It is not a demonstrated accuracy or a pass/fail threshold.
- Hole-wall statement
- The Chinese text gives a ≥25 μm through-hole copper-thickness claim. Request the applicable measurement method and location; this is not a finished-hole diameter.
- Repair policy
- The site says no solder repairs or open-circuit wire repairs. Put the agreed repair/rework policy and exception approval in the order.
For Class 3 acceptance, specify the controlling document and revision, inspection scope, coupons, microsection criteria and the report to be supplied. The classification should appear in the approved order, rather than being inferred from a homepage slogan.
What to attach to this factory’s first quotation request
- Released fabrication package: Gerbers or agreed data format, netlist, outline, drill/slot definitions, layer stack and revision.
- Material and copper: laminate part number, dielectric thickness, finished copper by layer, substitutions and batch-document requirements.
- Order allocation: finished-board quantity, panel arrangement and area, selected rush route, engineering-release and dispatch dates.
- Acceptance: electrical testing, impedance/coupons where relevant, hole-wall measurements, Class 3 scope if needed, repair policy and delivered records.

The current contact page names Building 12, Huishang PCB Industrial Park, Xiaochang Economic Development Zone, Xiaogan, Hubei. The company page states more than 8,800 m² of factory area. That area is manufacturer-reported; it is not a parcel survey or an independently measured operating footprint.
The homepage lists automatic plating, hole metallization, immersion gold and automated inspection. It also claims 15 flying-probe testers. Its “more than 20,000 m²” capacity wording has no period, so it is not presented here as monthly output.
Confirm the contracting entity and site handling your critical steps, any external processing, equipment allocation and dispatch contact. The published address and email can be read from the source; mailbox control has not been tested.
The equipment gallery labels these photographs by number, without a model, commissioning date or process specification. They are shown as the company’s actual gallery images, with no equipment function or numeric performance assigned from the picture. The separate “advantages” page includes generic chip illustrations; those are not used as factory evidence.

Ask for the current document and its applicable board type.
The manufacturer publishes readable qualification and test copies. Their dates and scope matter: a company certificate, a representative UL type and a submitted RoHS sample answer different questions.
Quality management
CQM ISO 9001:2015 certificate 00221Q23570R2M covers PCB production. Issued 15 June 2021, it expires 6 July 2024. The IATF 16949:2016 copy, registration 0432355, covers PCB manufacture without product design; issued 2 November 2021, it expires 1 November 2024. These copies are historical; request renewal and current site scope for a qualified programme.
UL and submitted-material testing
The 4 July 2015 UL copy references E365663, a representative multilayer printed-wiring board, type GF212, under UL 796. It is not a live issuer lookup or blanket coverage for every stack. CTI’s 27 February 2017 report first page concerns a submitted lead-free HASL sample, with a RoHS pass conclusion. It is page 1 of 7; the remaining six pages and current-lot applicability need to be supplied.

The bilingual copies identify the legal entity and Huishang address. The old homepage’s ISO 9001:2008 wording does not override the ISO 9001:2015 document or renew its expiry date.
The 2018 high-tech enterprise certificate is a three-year historical designation, not a present product approval.
Automotive qualification needs current scope.
Agree which producing site and manufacturing activity are covered by the current certificate. The published copy excludes product design; it does not establish approval for a specific automotive part or customer programme.
A representative board type has boundaries.
Request the current issuer listing, file holder, type and applicable construction for the proposed order. The adjacent environmental-management copy is historical ISO 14001:2004; its low-resolution text is not used to invent a current certificate number or status.
Follow the sample, not the badge.
The first page lists a lead-free HASL sample and a RoHS 2011/65/EU with (EU) 2015/863 pass conclusion. Its methods and detailed results refer to following pages. Request the complete report, sample identification and a match to the materials and finish of your order.
