Start with the copper stack and the plant that will build it.
Global Success Circuit is the English brand used on the Zhouxu group website. This directory entry identifies 江苏洲旭电路科技有限公司, whose posted quality-system documents use the English name Jiangsu Global Success Circuits Co., Ltd. The group describes a business established in Shenzhen in May 2005, followed by Jiangxi and Jiangsu production investments. Its published catalogue is particularly useful for comparing industrial-power copper stacks with automotive-labelled HDI boards.
Those are different manufacturing briefs. A four-layer board carrying 4 oz copper on every layer is not interchangeable with a six-layer, 1 oz HDI example, even when both are intended for power or vehicle electronics. The six examples below retain their own dimensions, copper and finish. Their production locations are not identified on the individual product pages; allocate the approved construction to a named plant when requesting a quotation.
Heavy copper: compare the complete stack, not one copper headline.
Official heavy-copper product 23: industrial power / new energy.
3.5 / 3 / 3 / 3.5 oz
Construction
4 layers · FR-4 · 2.0 mm
Trace / space
10 mil, as published
Hole field
10 mil; stage unspecified
Finish
HAL / solder levelling
The outer and inner copper weights differ. Write the copper requirement per layer and distinguish the starting foil from the accepted finished conductor. Define hole-wall plating and the conductor geometry used for current and temperature-rise calculations; the source supplies no current rating.
Official heavy-copper product 20: separate 4 oz construction.
4 / 4 / 4 / 4 oz
Construction
4 layers · FR-4 · 2.5 mm
Trace / space
14 / 14 mil
Hole field
8 mil; stage unspecified
Finish
HAL / solder levelling
This thicker, heavier-copper example uses wider routing than product 23. Review the etching allowance, copper balance and resin fill around heavy conductors. Agree finished copper acceptance and a representative cross-section instead of applying the site's general 0.075 mm routing headline to a 4 oz stack.
Put the thermal and assembly requirements into the drawing.
Both examples say FR-4 without a specific grade or Tg. State the approved laminate, thickness tolerance, voltage clearances, hole plating, solder finish and assembly thermal exposure. “New energy” and “industrial power” describe the manufacturer's application categories; they do not establish a voltage, insulation class, current rating or end-product approval.
AUTOMOTIVE APPLICATION / TWO DISTINCT HDI EXAMPLES
Six and eight layers still need a via map.
Official HDI product 51.
Six-layer automotive HDI
Stack
FR-4 · 1.6 mm · 1 oz on layers 1–6
Trace / space
3 mil, as published
Hole field
6 mil; stage unspecified
Finish
Immersion gold
The table does not say 1+N+1, stacked microvias or a particular fill process. Supply the blind and buried via map, capture pads, fill/cap requirements and sequential-lamination route. Agree the reliability evidence for the chosen interconnect and assembly duty.
Official HDI product 47.
Eight-layer automotive HDI
Stack
FR-4 · 1.6 mm · 1 oz on layers 1–8
Trace / space
3 mil, as published
Hole field
4 mil; stage unspecified
Finish
Immersion gold
Its smaller hole field belongs to this example. The source does not identify a drilled or finished stage, so it is not entered as a finished mechanical-hole limit. Provide the accepted hole dimensions and via construction; do not derive them from the shape or markings of the photograph.
For a vehicle programme, ask which plant and process are approved, what the customer-specific requirements demand, and who releases the PPAP or first-article package. The group's reference to APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA is a published quality-process description; it is not an approval of your part.
CONTROL, INVERTERS AND POWER ELECTRONICS
Two alternatives to the heavy-copper route.
Official multilayer product 46.
Four layers, 2 oz per layer
The industrial-control, inverter and instrumentation example specifies FR-4, 1.6 mm, 2/2/2/2 oz copper and 4 mil trace/space, with a 10 mil hole field and HAL finish. It is a different copper/routing combination from the two heavy-copper examples.
Separate power and control nets in the released acceptance requirements. Identify isolation barriers, slots, creepage and clearance, test voltage and any sensitive analogue or controlled-impedance paths. None of those application limits is established by the catalogue photo.
Official multilayer product 43.
Six layers, 1 oz per layer
This power example instead lists FR-4, 1.6 mm, 1 oz on all six layers and 3.5 mil trace/space, with a 6 mil hole field and immersion-gold finish. The catalogue gives no product-specific impedance tolerance or laminate grade.
Use the extra layers to define the actual power, return and signal arrangement in the stack drawing. Specify immersion-gold thickness and solderability acceptance, material traceability and finished-hole dimensions. Choosing this example does not inherit the 4 oz construction's copper or the HDI examples' via route.
GS-EM-01-01 A0 / MANUFACTURER EQUIPMENT REGISTER
The equipment register is more useful than a generic factory photograph.
The downloaded workbook contains 214 named equipment entries, followed by blank numbered rows. The earlier asset identifiers carry a JS prefix and the later additions extend to March 2022. It provides an historical equipment reference, not a live count of available or calibrated machines.
Patterning and inspection
Rows 55, 200 and 201 name LDI exposure equipment from Xin Nuo; row 201 records an inline unit acquired in April 2021. AOI entries include IMPRESS-Q5-V and other named suppliers. Ask for the specific line, registration capability and inspection resolution used for the quoted stack.
Lamination and metallisation
The register includes an HP280T-8D vacuum press, brown-oxide line, PTH equipment and a Dongwei VCP-B635-13CU2SN continuous plating line. Request the actual lamination programme and plating/cross-section acceptance for the heavy-copper or HDI route.
Drilling and electrical test
Named drilling equipment includes HANS-F6M and SuperD6CMSL-2530 units. Rows 166–170 identify three V6L and two V8S flying-probe testers. Fixture and automated testers are listed separately. Establish test coverage and netlist reconciliation for your lot.
How to use the general process table
The website separately lists 1–18 layers, 0.075/0.075 mm trace/space, 0.2–3.2 mm thickness, a 0.2 mm hole field and 10:1 aspect ratio. These are general statements, not a simultaneously approved construction and not all finished-hole values.
The table also contains a special column with inconsistent units and dimensions, including a percentage beside an outline tolerance and a micrometre field beside routing. Those ambiguous cells are not used to invent stronger capability limits. Ask for a current engineering-approved table and the applicable copper, material and layer conditions.
A laser marking machine in the equipment register is not proof of a laser drilling machine. This profile does not infer a laser-drilling model or an HDI buildup from that asset name.
ADDRESS, CERTIFICATE AND CONSTRUCTION MUST AGREE
Allocate the order to a legal entity and a production address.
Jiangsu, Jiangxi and Shenzhen serve different roles.
The official contact page lists a Jiangsu production base at Xingang Industrial Park, Lianshui Economic Development Zone, Huai'an, and a Jiangxi production base at Zhouxu Industrial Park in the second-phase development zone of Wan'an, Ji'an. The Shenzhen entry is a marketing centre in building 3, first floor, Tongfang Creative Cultural Industrial Park, Shajing, Bao'an.
A Lianshui government article published on 21 October 2024 reports that Jiangsu Zhouxu moved its headquarters from Shenzhen to Lianshui in 2023. The website footer still labels Shenzhen as the headquarters. Treat the government report and the website's sales address as different records; agree the current contracting entity, manufacturing site and export paperwork.
The official group introduction's employee, area, annual capacity and export-share figures are group statements. They are not assigned wholesale to the Jiangsu factory here. The published Shenzhen business email is gsc@gscpcb.cn; the East China sales office lists js@gscpcb.cn. No email was sent or deliverability test performed.
Identify the fabricating plant and legal entity in the quote and purchase order.
Match the construction, stack and testing to that plant's engineering approval.
Collect current site-specific documents and material-lot records.
Agree first-article approval, change notification, production lead time and shipment separately.
Individually researched 8 October 2026. Six product tables and their full original images, the complete equipment register and posted certificate copies were read separately. Site allocation, ambiguous process fields and document dates are retained; a government headquarters report is distinct from manufacturing qualification.
