An optical-module board needs two releases: the channel and the contact.
Wuping Feitian Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. · 武平飞天电子科技有限公司 publishes a focused catalogue of nine constructions: antenna circuits using PTFE or hydrocarbon materials, an eight-layer optical-module board, plated substrates and a ceramic example. This is a useful starting point for RF and interface sourcing, rather than a general multilayer maximum-layer claim.
Segmented gold-finger 8-layer optical-module PCB
Layer count
8, explicitly named in the catalogue
Contact construction
Segmented gold fingers
Channel data
No published channel-loss or impedance specification
Release the lane stack and connector datum together. Specify contact-finish thickness, bevel and keep-out, then agree impedance coupons and channel-loss test conditions for the actual module.
ANTENNA ROUTES / MATERIAL GRADE BEFORE APPLICATION NAME
PTFE and hydrocarbon labels lead to different questions.
PTFE / NAVIGATION
Choose the exact dielectric.
The BeiDou antenna title names PTFE. Ask for the laminate grade, dielectric thickness and Dk measurement basis; the catalogue supplies no band or measured antenna result.
HYDROCARBON / RF
Release the material and measurement fixture.
The 5G and high-frequency-head titles identify a material family, not a laminate brand. Define grade, copper surface and substitutions, then agree the operating bands and test reference planes.

Catalogue application
BeiDou satellite antenna
RF specification
Laminate grade, dielectric thickness and operating band not published
Provide the laminate manufacturer/grade, design frequency, dielectric thickness and antenna-interface drawing. Agree Dk test method and the actual return-loss, gain or tuning acceptance without treating the application name as a measured result.
Hydrocarbon-material 5G antenna PCB
Material family
Hydrocarbon laminate; grade not named
Application title
5G antenna
Acceptance values
PIM and RF limits not specified for this board
Specify the material grade and dielectric lot, frequency/power levels, connector fixtures and PIM conditions. Request results tied to the shipped panel rather than a generic laboratory screenshot.
Hydrocarbon-material high-frequency head board
Material family
Hydrocarbon laminate
Source wording
High-frequency head board
Performance definition
Frequency and component/assembly scope not supplied
Define the circuit function, operating band and whether delivery is bare board or an assembly. Agree material substitutions, copper roughness and the test reference planes before quoting loss.
Vehicle antenna board
Catalogue application
Vehicle antenna
Construction data
No layer count or laminate grade supplied
Separate automotive qualification from antenna performance. Identify operating bands, connector launch, corrosion/thermal conditions and lot traceability; confirm the production site named on the quotation.
Power-divider and antenna board
Catalogue title
Power divider / antenna board
Network specification
No frequency band, division ratio or measured loss provided
Release the port reference planes and impedance, splitting ratio, isolation and allowable insertion loss. Ask whether measurements cover the bare PCB, assembled network or complete antenna.
These are separate source examples. Do not combine a title from the PTFE board with the geometry of the vehicle board or with an unlabelled laminate in another photograph. A vehicle application also needs its own environmental, traceability and supplier-qualification requirements.
SURFACE DEPOSITS / THREE DIFFERENT CATALOGUE TITLES
Specify the deposit process, not just “gold” or “silver”.
Electroplated nickel/gold substrate
Finish wording
Electroplated nickel and gold
Thickness and application
Not specified in the original catalogue
Define nickel and gold thickness, deposit type, contact versus bonding areas and measurement locations. Electroplating in this title must not be relabelled as ENIG without process evidence.
Electroplated silver substrate
Finish wording
Electroplated silver
Plating criteria
Deposit thickness, purity and tarnish conditions not specified
Agree silver purity/thickness, storage packaging and exposed-area coverage. Specify bonding or soldering requirements; electroplated silver is not an interchangeable label for immersion silver.
Nickel/palladium/gold ceramic substrate
Base construction
Ceramic substrate
Finish wording
Nickel / palladium / gold
Unpublished details
Ceramic composition and metallisation route
Request the ceramic composition, metallisation/copper section, Ni/Pd/Au thickness and the bonding/reflow test plan. The title does not establish alumina versus AlN, DBC versus another route or an electroless plating process.
Keep the process names intact.
Feitian calls the first two examples electroplated nickel/gold and electroplated silver. They must not be silently rewritten as ENIG and immersion silver. The ceramic example says nickel/palladium/gold, but does not establish an electroless process or a DBC construction.
Specify deposit thickness and where it is measured, masking and plating coverage, bonding versus mating surfaces, solderability, storage and handling. Ask for the ceramic composition and metallisation section before assigning thermal conductivity or dielectric properties.
PRODUCTION AND TESTING / A REPORT MATCHED TO THE ORDER
Turn the equipment gallery into an acceptance plan.
We read all three equipment-gallery pages. They show manufacturer-labelled cutting and CNC drilling, organic conductive-film processing, LDI, pattern/VCP plating, etching, AOI, solder-mask exposure and profiling. The test gallery is especially relevant to the antenna and plated-substrate catalogue, but its photos do not publish calibration dates or sample measurement limits.
PIM / intermodulation instrumentAgree excitation, power, fixture and the limit; request a result tied to the delivered lot.Network analyserDefine ports and reference planes, calibration and the required S-parameter or loss report.Impedance testerApprove the coupon, single-ended/differential target, method and tolerance in the released stack.Spectral analysis instrumentAsk which property is measured, the method and sample locations; the picture alone supplies no plating-thickness result.Ionic-contamination testingAgree extraction/test conditions and cleanliness acceptance for the actual circuit.Flying-probe testingRequest netlist-linked continuity/isolation acceptance; this is separate from RF performance.
Engineering input
Gerbers/netlist, stack, grade and copper, critical contacts, hole datums, drawing revision and quantities.
First-article approval
Agreed dimensions, material identification, plating measurements and the selected electrical/RF reports.
Shipment record
Actual plant and entity, lot identification, change approval, packaging and the reports required with the shipment.
This is an editorial procurement checklist derived from the published constructions and instruments, not a report of tests carried out by PCBVerified.
SUPPLYING ENTITY / YANQIAN, WUPING, FUJIAN
Confirm the producing building and the contracting company.
Official legal name
武平飞天电子科技有限公司
Company-page street addresses
Nos. 4 and 5 Xingfu Second Road, and No. 6 Xingfu Road, Yanqian Park, Wuping High-tech Zone, Fujian.
The company page describes three buildings, 15,000 m² of production space and more than 200 technical staff. It also states 50,000 m²/month and up to 1,200 models/month without a dated capacity baseline. These are manufacturer descriptions, not reserved capacity for a new order.
A 12 January 2026 report on the Fujian provincial government website names the exact Wuping company and describes electricity-expansion handling for a circuit-board business it established in Meizhou, Guangdong. It does not name that supplying entity, give its qualification scope or allocate these catalogue boards to Meizhou. Ask where your order will actually be made.
The street and building formats appear in different official pages/documents; confirm the quote, audit and shipment address rather than automatically assigning every pictured process to one building. Email addresses were read from the official contact page; no mailbox-control test or external message was sent.
DATED COPIES / PRODUCT SCOPE AND ISSUER STATUS
A document can support a specific scope without approving every pictured board.
Read Feitian’s original qualification copies and their boundaries
CQC15001128983 prints issue 2 July 2024 and validity to 8 December 2027. Its named construction is S320402EA0 FR-4, 0.8–1.6 mm, V-0, against GB 4943.1-2022. It is not a qualification for every ceramic or RF catalogue item.
The IATF copy IATF 0582278 / Z50134/R0M prints 3 September 2025–2 September 2028 and PCB production excluding product design. The ISO 9001 copy prints the same validity period and PCB production. These are copies examined on the manufacturer site; current issuer status has not been independently queried, so they are not presented as PCBVerified certification badges.
The ISO 14001 and GJB 9001C copies likewise name PCB-related management/production scopes; neither is a measurement of RF loss, material traceability for a lot or approval of a finished military product. The high-tech copy GR202435000205 is dated 4 December 2024 with a three-year period; it is not a bare-board performance certification.
Separately, the Longyan Emergency Management Bureau’s 28 December 2024 announcement lists the exact company at item 20, Wuping, as a reassessment in the machinery category for level-three work-safety standardisation. The notice states three-year validity and possible revocation conditions. This supports the dated safety record, not current product quality, UL ownership or a defect-free production claim.
The company introduction mentions UL, but the pages and original copies reviewed here do not supply a corresponding verified current UL File holder. Request the actual file and applicable construction when the order requires it.
