COUNTCASH / A MANUFACTURING TRANSITION

Choose the construction, then name the manufacturing site in the quotation.

Countcash's official history dates the Hong Kong business to 1988 and describes single-sided, double-sided and multilayer PCB production. More recent entries change the procurement picture: the company states that its Shenzhen factory closed and moved to Dongguan in 2023, followed by a Jiangxi Xinfeng manufacturing base in 2025. An older paragraph still describes Shajing manufacturing. The later dated history and current contact addresses are therefore the starting point for identifying the supplying factory.

Commercial contact

Hong Kong & Shenzhen

Countcash Limited lists Unit L, 9th floor, Block 4, Kwun Tong Industrial Centre, 436–446 Kwun Tong Road, Kowloon. The Shenzhen contact is an office at Room 202, Block G, Haoyi Technology Park, 463 Nan Huan Road, Heyi Community, Shajing.

Listed manufacturing addresses

Dongguan & Xinfeng

The company page gives No. 72 Li Xiang Road, Songmushan Village, Dalang, Dongguan, and Lvyuan Avenue, Industrial Park, Xinfeng County, Ganzhou, Jiangxi. Confirm the legal manufacturing entity and full delivery address for your order.

Additional contact location

Philippines

The contact page also lists LIMA Estate, Santiago, Malvar, Batangas. It supplies no separate process table or product allocation for that location; do not assume a quoted board will be manufactured there.

The Shenzhen government's 2023 environmental-supervision list identifies 勤基电路板(深圳)有限公司, credit code 91440300559885487L, as an electronic-circuit manufacturer. This is a historical regulatory identity record, not evidence that the old Shenzhen production site remains open or a quality approval for today's order.

For repeat buyers, a site move should prompt a fresh process and inspection agreement. Ask whether the drawing revision, material source, tooling, test program and approved manufacturing address remain the same. Historical output figures in the company introduction are not presented here as current capacity or lead-time commitments.

THREE CATALOGUE FAMILIES / DIFFERENT RELEASE PACKAGES

Single-sided, double-sided and multilayer boards need different manufacturing inputs.

Countcash original panel on its single-sided PCB catalogue detail 3
Single-sided catalogue · detail 3. Original panel photograph.

Single-sided PCB

The official entry identifies a single-sided construction. Release the conductor artwork, component-side legend, hole and outline drawings together; specify whether holes are plated or unplated and whether any conductive bridging is part of the design. The photographed panel does not supply substrate grade, copper thickness or conductor dimensions.

Provide component seating and assembly support requirements where they affect the finished outline. Confirm the finish and solder-mask system rather than assigning them from the photograph's colour.

Countcash original double-sided PCB panel on detail 6
Double-sided catalogue · detail 6. No dimensions inferred from the image.

Double-sided PCB

The second family has two copper layers. Include both artworks, the drill file, finished-hole requirements and the interconnection test data. Confirm which holes require electrical continuity and the copper and microsection acceptance to apply to those connections.

The catalogue page does not publish a trace/space pair, drill limit or impedance tolerance. A double-sided label alone does not establish suitability for a fine-pitch footprint or a controlled-impedance net.

Countcash multilayer catalogue montage on detail 10
Multilayer catalogue · detail 10. Montage of boards, not one tested stack.

Multilayer PCB

The manufacturer lists multilayer work, but the reviewed detail leaves its specification and application fields blank. The image is a montage; it cannot establish one layer count, material system or combined manufacturing limit.

Send a proposed stack with copper and dielectric requirements by layer. Identify any impedance nets, reference planes and via structures, and request the supplying site's engineering review before treating the construction as accepted. Multilayer layer count remains unspecified in this listing.

The three entries are selection aids for a PCB manufacturing discussion. They do not promise availability of HDI, a specific laminate brand, an IPC performance class or the simultaneous achievement of unreported limits. The company's historical 2009 investment in Dingnan flex/rigid-flex production is not converted into a current product offer for another address.

MANUFACTURER GALLERY / ORDER-SPECIFIC ACCEPTANCE

Use the disclosed process stages to define the reports you need.

The four-page equipment gallery names automatic printing and exposure, pressing and lamination, drilling, through-hole copper processing, copper plating, etching, V-CUT and surface-finishing equipment. It also names flying-probe and other electrical testers, AOI, hole inspection, dimensional imaging, depth measurement, microsection, copper-thickness and coating-thickness measurement, and a temperature/humidity chamber.

Single-sided release

Agree artwork revision, final outline, hole locations, surface finish and solderability requirements. Request the inspection method for conductor opens/shorts and the tooling arrangement for your production quantity.

Interconnected layers

For double-sided and multilayer builds, identify the electrical netlist and microsection locations, finished-hole and copper criteria, and any impedance coupons. Agree which reports accompany first articles and which checks apply to production lots.

These are manufacturer-labelled process and test categories. The gallery does not identify the current site of each machine, machine counts or its allocation to your order. Following the reported move, request a current route identifying where imaging, plating, profiling and testing take place, including any subcontracted step. An older machine image is not a current asset register.

QUALIFICATION MAP / NAME, ADDRESS & PERIOD

Match the document holder to the entity making the board.

The website groups documents under Shenzhen, Dongguan and Xinfeng labels. Their actual holders differ. This matters when a purchasing approval is tied to a specific site: a page heading or a shared brand does not transfer a certificate between entities.

Shenzhen · Countcash

A DQS ISO 9001 copy names 勤基电路板(深圳)有限公司, the Nan Huan Road office and credit code 91440300559885487L. It prints certificate 507225 QM15, PCB manufacture scope and a period of 17 March 2025–16 March 2028. Ask for the complete site schedule and the relationship to the actual manufacturing address.

The older information/integration management copy runs to August 2023. A hosted UL printout names COUNTCASH LTD, E123150 at the Hong Kong address and carries a 2022 update date. It is not a current ownership check for a new factory.

Dongguan · Uniwell / Tongchang

The SGS ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 copies name Dongguan Uniwell Electronic Ltd., at No. 1 Lixiang Road. Their printed periods ended in December 2023 and July 2024 respectively. The CQC copy names 东莞同昌电子有限公司 and ended on 5 February 2026.

A separate hosted UL printout names UNIWELL ELECTRONIC LTD, E134826 at a Hong Kong address. The website's “Dongguan IATF” entry actually reproduces the Xinfeng Junda document described below; do not treat that placement as an IATF certificate for Uniwell.

Xinfeng · Junda

The posted documents name Xinfeng Junda Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. at the Lvyuan Avenue electronic-device industrial base. Its NQA IATF copy prints T181133 / 0477745, USI 3249PY, PCB manufacture excluding product design, and expiry 29 June 2026. That posted period has ended.

The ISO 14001 copy also ended in December 2025. Separate ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 copies print periods ending in November 2027 and May 2027. The two CQC copies cover named single/double constructions and distinguish the commissioning/manufacturing and production enterprises; obtain readable complete records for the ordered construction.

Fifteen manufacturer-hosted copies were read for this profile. Printed dates and holders are reported with their own scopes; no live issuer lookup or UL ownership audit is implied. Request renewed records for expired copies and the approved construction/site before using these documents in your supplier qualification.

FIRST QUOTATION / RESPONSIBILITY BEFORE PRICE

Make the quotation identify both the commercial supplier and the production route.

  1. Name the build. Single-sided, double-sided or a specified multilayer stack; attach the fabrication revision, drill/outline data and material, copper, finish and inspection requirements.
  2. Name the entities. Identify who quotes and invoices, who manufactures, and the full production and shipping addresses. Resolve the No. 72 company-address text versus the No. 1 address on the posted Uniwell/Tongchang certificates.
  3. Requalify what changed. For a transfer from the former Shenzhen factory, agree first-article inspection, tooling/test-program continuity and the current certificate scope. Confirm any engineering or subcontracting responsibility.
  4. Price the deliverable. Ask for fabrication, tooling/testing, inspection documents, packaging, shipping terms and lead time for the actual quantity and design. The website's historical output figures do not replace a capacity commitment.

The official sales contact is sales@countcash.com.hk. It lists +852 2342 9388 in Hong Kong and +86 755 3381 3388 for the China contact. These addresses were read from the website; no email was sent or mailbox control tested.
